How You Can Donate

The St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital today

Donations from friends and non-members, as well as Members, are needed in this great effort. Unrestricted contributions are especially desirable, as they can be applied to areas of greatest need. We can, however, provide you with a list of specific projects if you wish to earmark a donation. Securities’ contributions are welcome as well.

We also encourage you to make honor and memorial gifts. We will be happy to formally notify the honoree or the deceased’s family of your contribution (but not the amount).  The Priory in the U.S. has a special arm, called The Muristan Society, for those Members and non-members who have made the Priory in the U.S. part of their estate planning. “Muristan” is Persian for “hospital”, and the Muristan neighborhood in the Old City of Jerusalem was the location of the St. John Hospice during the Crusader era.
